Blended learning is a model that combines online and face-to-face learning spaces and experiences. Taking advantage of online learning materials can be an effective way to achieve these objectives and provide relevant, value-adding services to your hub users. For instance, trainers can prioritize their time on more important things like 1-on-1, more impactful interactions. The blended formats can be adapted according to content, scale, technology, resources and learning spaces.
